Mattress Availability from Original Mattress Factory

There are several ways to purchase mattresses, mattress sets and bed accessories from The Original Mattress Factory. If you are near-by one of our mattress factories or mattress factory store locations, we encourage you to stop in and see us. You are often able to take the product home with you right away or you can schedule pick-up or home delivery for a later date. For those of you living further away, we can ship to you via common carrier.

Take The Mattress With You:

Our mattress factory showrooms typically stock most of our standard size models. Our store locations carry limited stock, but can have almost any product transferred to them from the mattress factory within a few days.

Home Mattress Delivery:

We offer home mattress delivery service in our local areas for a nominal charge. This delivery charge includes set-up of your Original Mattress products in your home. We can remove your old mattresses and box springs as well, but terms of service vary by location. In some markets, we have extended our home mattress delivery service to outlying areas for an additional fee. Delivery turnaround is typically within 2-3 days, but frequency to certain areas also varies by location. Please contact a store near you for specific information on delivery charges, timing and policies.

Long Distance Mattress Delivery:

For anyone living outside our local delivery areas, we can ship our mattresses to most states within the continental U.S. We ship via common carrier, which generally provides a tailgate mattress delivery (inside home mattress delivery is available to some areas for an additional charge). A tailgate mattress delivery takes the product to the back of the truck, so you will need to make arrangements to carry the product into your home. Tailgate does not include removal of old mattresses and box springs. Please contact us for more information, as we will need to know the number of pieces (mattress, box spring or set), size, model and destination zip code in order to provide an estimate on shipping cost.

Since we feel the best way to purchase a bed is to visit our store and try out the various models to find the one that suits you best, we encourage you to visit one of our locations to purchase your mattress set. If you are unable to do so or have purchased from us in the past and know what you need, we do accept phone orders. The methods of payment we accept are cash, check, Visa and MasterCard at all locations. Several locations will also accept Discover and American Express.
